Locations Hiring:

Shoreway Childcare Center located at 8701 Detroit Rd in Cleveland, Ohio. Hours are a split shift of 7am until 9am and then come back and work 2pm until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. There is a split shift incentive of $1.00 per hour when working a split shift.

Pay Rate Range :

Base Pay: $14.00 to 15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily lesson plans and classroom activities.

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children

- Supervise children and support classroom management in accordance with licensing standards.

- Track attendance and other required documentation.

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment.

- Assist with meals, classroom support, and daily routines.

- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate records.

- Work collaboratively with staff while supporting childrens individual needs.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Experience working with children preferred.

- Able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
