Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time
Location: Franklin Country View LTC, part of Franklin General Hospital
Hours: 36 hours per week, varying day shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- If 12-hour shifts do not work, ask about the 6 am to 2pm option.
- Day shift
- NO routine WEEKENDS unless assistance is needed to support team coverage

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate total nursing care for residents
- Participate in resident and family education
- Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other team members
- Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
- Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and care management
