About this role

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

- Responsible for the performance of all daily activities within warehousing and shipping.

- Responsible for maintaining company inventory integrity requirements physically and on respective systems within time constraints required to support continuous business operations.

- Responsible for performance management and measurement, personnel training and development, and employee relations matters in partnership with HR.

- Responsible for receiving, stocking, bin management, picking, packing and shipping coordination.

- Responsible for maintaining a working supply of materials to support product and customer delivery requirements.

- Responsible for relationship maintenance and development with all vendors and service providers.

- Responsible for safe operational maintenance of all equipment and work areas in partnership with facilities maintenance management.

- Responsible for actively participating in company sponsored events and functions and contributing to the overall company goals as a member of management.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2 years parcel packaging warehousing, inventory control, shipping services and supervisory experience.

- Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.

- Capable of applying office productivity tools and enterprise applications.

- Pass the background screening process.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Standing, Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items up to 45lbs.

- Reading invoices and shipping charts/spreadsheets.

- Must be able and available to work varied hours, including but not limited to: early/later hours, weekend hours, and long hours as business dictates and needs.

- Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels.

- Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
