The Opportunity:
The Lead Applications Programming Engineer is an experienced professional who applies comprehensive knowledge to design, develop, and lead the implementation of complex business applications. This role is a key partner to business units, translating complex requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Lead Engineer contributes significantly to technical architecture and mentors other developers.

What You Will Do

- Analyze, develop, and implement new software.
- Document new system/application deployed to production based on business process
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues the project
- Design, develop and update software database
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
- Develops SSRS reports
- Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other enduser information portals or resources.
- Create specifications for reports/application based on business requests.

What You Will Need

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related courses
- Familiar on web application software developer (.Net and/or Java/J2EE, Javascript
- Experience with VB.NET or C#, and ASP.NET programming
- Knowledgeable in web technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Understands basic Database structure and SQL
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience in Web development
