About this role
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our CySEC-regulated entity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional who is eager to develop their technical skills and gain exposure to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and IT regulatory requirements within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day 1st/2nd line IT support to employees.
- Assist with hardware, software, user accounts, access rights and troubleshooting.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with IT security, documentation and asset management.
- Maintain accurate IT records and support internal IT procedures.
- Assist with DORA-related activities , including ICT risk management, documentation, controls and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with senior IT, Risk and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT Support / Junior IT role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment .
- Interest in DORA, ICT risk and IT compliance is highly desirable.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
