Castleknock Golf Club is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Food & Beverage team at The VUE Restaurant, which operates from Wednesday to Sunday.

We are currently recruiting for a   Full-Time F&B Supervisor   to work at Castleknock Golf Club, Porterstown Rd, Diswellstown, Dublin 15.

Working Hours

- Full-Time : Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- The overall operation of the F&B at the Club to include the restaurant and events.

- Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.

- Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met.

- Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness.

- Welcoming members to the restaurant, providing menus, and taking food & drink orders.

- Cleaning up tables after members leave to ensure a quick turnaround for new members or customers.

- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and suggesting options based on customer preferences.

- Assisting the General Manager in additional ad hoc tasks as required.

- Supporting stock management, ensuring the bar and restaurant are well-stocked at all times.

- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling and storage procedures.

- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an F&B Assistant, with a desire to take on more responsibility.

- A strong focus on customer service, ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to impress and exceed expectations.

- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic setting.

- Excellent command of the English language.

- Fully HACCP trained (advantageous).

- A ‘Yes I Can’ attitude with a proactive and positive approach.

- Experience working behind the bar is highly desirable.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
