Service Painting Corporation Orlando, FL is looking for a Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our esteemed Orlando team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and professionalism to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Perform precise take-offs and pricing using statistical data, material price lists, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy.
- Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications, drawings, quantities, and preliminary data.
- Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed.

Qualifications :
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation effectively.
- Proficiency in mathematics, formulas, and calculations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with onscreen take off(OST) or Planswift estimating software is a plus.
This position offers a competitive salary based on the candidate's skill set and experience, with a bonus program available.
Experience :
Construction estimating: 2 years (Preferred); additional training provided for suitable candidates.
