Atlean World is recruiting Arabic reviewers to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms

The Job:
- Understand Customers Needs and developing Problem Solving skills
- Provide the best customer experience through Email, Chat or Phone
- Be a specialist in the product/ service for one of the biggest social media platforms on the market.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic Speaker
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms
- Good in English
- Good computer skills;
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients (but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- EU citizenship or a valid residence card will be required (No Visa support)
- Availability to work on night shifts
