🛠️ What You'll Do:

- Coordinate service appointments with customers and generate estimates based on customer needs.

- Check in customer vehicles for service and collaborate with technicians to provide timely updates on the status of the vehicle.

- Take Multi-Point Inspection videos and upload them to X-Time.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Transport service customers to and from home/work.

- Monitor repair orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.

- Follow up with customers once repairs are completed to confirm expectations were exceeded.

✅ What We're Looking For:

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (Required)

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required)

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Required)

- Minimum of 1 year service experience (Preferred)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills for working with service advisors and customers
