Responsibilities:

- Drive client retention and business growth by understanding client needs and providing solutions that support their success.

- Develop and maintain a strategic account management plan aligned with professional development goals and company objectives.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings where applicable.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage ongoing contract renewals.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams by providing feedback that supports product and service enhancements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the preparation of proposals and customized client solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to ensure alignment with evolving client needs.

- Identify and proactively resolve client concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.

- Generate and present reports related to client engagement, new business opportunities, contract updates, and issue resolutions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and act as a consistent advocate for client needs throughout the relationship.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and remain current on market trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in foodservice, hospitality, sales, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems or other cloud-based platforms is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Well-developed skills in negotiation, time management, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Compensation: includes base salary plus quarterly retention bonuses 15% of salary
