About this role
Participate in our Catalyst Summer Leadership Program for a chance to learn about RKL's culture, develop key leadership skills and interview for an internship or full time entry-level role upon graduation.
The program date is Thursday, June 24- Friday, June 25 with a requirement of staying onsite at the venue.

Education, Experience and Certifications:
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Achievement of 150 credits upon graduation is preferred, though not required for Accounting majors
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Being a team player with strong work ethic
- Must be available to attend specified dates
