At CHCP, we’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator – Surgical Technologist who’s passionate about mentoring, teaching, and helping students succeed in real-world clinical settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the bridge between the classroom and the clinical world—guiding students, supporting faculty, and building strong partnerships with healthcare facilities.

- Build and maintain clinical & externship site relationships
- Coordinate clinical rotations and faculty schedules
- Mentor and support clinical faculty and students
- Track student progress, case logs, and evaluations
- Ensure students meet all clinical requirements
- Maintain accurate records and submit final grades
- Assist with student advising and program support
- Stay current with continuing education and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and academic standards

What You Bring:

- Associate Degree required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (NCCA-accredited program)
- 4+ years of hands-on surgical tech experience
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and making a difference
