About this role
The Transport Surveillance L3/SME is responsible for advanced monitoring, fault isolation and restoration of metro, regional and long-haul optical transport network. The role also serves as an internal Technical Assistance Center (TAC) escalation point for complex platform, software, hardware and configuration issues before engagement with OEM TAC teams.
