MSS Security is looking for Part-Time and Casual Aviation Protection Officer to join our team at Ballina Airport .
Play a key role in keeping passengers, staff and airport operations safe, while building your career in the aviation security industry. Ready to make a real difference in aviation security?

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct security screening of passengers, staff, and visitors
- Operate screening equipment and security technology, including X-ray machines, metal detectors, and Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) systems.
- Perform passenger, staff, visitor, and baggage screening to identify prohibited items, dangerous goods, and security threats.
- Monitor and patrol airport facilities, reporting and responding to security incidents, breaches, and potential risks.
Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Driver's License
- Strong communication and customer service skills .
- Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
- 24/7 availability required for rotating roster.
