Job Description
• Manage end-to-end workflow implementation and production support.
• Gather business requirements from Operations and clients and convert them into workflow configurations.
• Configure projects, workflows, UI fields, validations, user roles, and quality processes.
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, Automation, and Operations teams for timely implementation.
• Perform testing, production validation, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions with minimal business impact.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Support continuous process improvements and platform enhancements.

Requirements
• Good understanding of Low Code No Code platforms and workflow configurations.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, JSON and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in workflow platform testing, validation, and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer application or computer science
Roles & Responsibilities
• Create and configure new workflow based on business requirements.
• Implement workflow changes, UI modifications, validations, and custom JavaScript logic and batch setup, user access, defining task allocation, and quality workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform testing on new features, conduct UAT, and validate changes before production release.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor project implementation status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Support multiple client projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and backup support to ensure business continuity.
• Be flexible to provide support based on business needs, including after-office hours and weekends, when required.

Support Analyst – IJP Eligibility Criteria
1. Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the current role .
- Basic proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required.
- JavaScript and Json as added advantages.
2. Performance
- Should have consistently met or exceeded performance
expectations during the last three appraisal cycles .
- Should have no active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or
disciplinary action within the last six months .
3. Skills &
Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills .
- Good product and process knowledge .
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting .
- Ability to analyse issues, identify Root causes, and provide
effective solutions will be an added advantage.
4. Attendance
& Professional Conduct
- Consistent attendance with no major attendance or policy
violations .
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and
willingness to learn .
5. Internal
Requirements
- Employees must have completed a minimum of 6 months in the
current project , wherever applicable.
- Manager's recommendation is mandatory .
- Employees must inform their current reporting manager before
submitting their IJP application .

7. Cooling-Off
Period
- To encourage thoughtful applications and minimize mid-process
withdrawals, employees who voluntarily withdraw their IJP application
after submission will be eligible to apply for another IJP only after
completing a 3-month cooling-off period .
