Position Requirements
Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center is seeking CRNAs to join its collaborative anesthesia team in Riverside. The hospital provides a supportive community-based practice environment with a strong focus on patient care, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad mix of routine surgical cases within a collegial anesthesia department.
Case Assignments
Primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia cases.
Schedule
Seeking both Full-Time/Part-Time CRNAs
Compensation
- Daily rate range: $1,600 – $4,000/day
- 1099 Independent Contractor model
- Compensation varies based on:
Shift structure
- Call participation
- Coverage needs
Team Leadership
Collaborative physician-led anesthesia department
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists as applicable
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia patient care and evaluations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in collaborative perioperative care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- NBCRNA certification required
- Active California CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable with broad community hospital case mix
- Strong communication and clinical skills
