Distribution Center Technician
Job description
PURPOSE
Distribution Center operations include: receiving, picking, shipping, vendor compliance, materials handling, safety, and maintenance.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- One year warehousing / distribution experience (or relevant work experience)
- Ability to stand/walk for eight hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent computer skills and aptitude
- Focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
DUTIES
- Breaking down shipments
- Building boxes
- Sweeping and light janitorial
- Picking inventory
- Ticketing product
- Inventory counts
- Assembling kits
- Other duties as needed
