About the Role
We're seeking a Suicide and Resiliency Services Coordinator to collaborate with county systems to address suicide and resiliency needs countywide and maintain our framework designed for prevention, intervention, and postvention through planned community response.
As Suicide and Resiliency Services Coordinator , you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of various grants, services, and programs of StarkMHAR related to suicide prevention, intervention and postvention and major community traumatic event response, and oversight of consultation and prevention programming within the youth continuum.
What You Bring
Required
- Master's degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health program administration
- Dependent clinical licensure
Preferred
- Experience in system-level improvement or oversight
- Project management experience
- Independent clinical licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of behavioral health systems and ODBH regulations
- Experience working across systems (education, justice, developmental disabilities, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Passion for driving system-level change and improving client outcomes
Work Environment & Expectations
- Primarily office-based with some travel required
- Occasional evening or extended hours during peak periods
- Active participation in meetings, events, and trainings
