About the Role
We are hiring a caregiver for a consistent weekday schedule with a client in Decatur. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady hours and a predictable routine each week.
Schedule
Mondays & Thursdays
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay
$15–$16/hr based on experience
Up to $17/hr for PRN or last-minute coverage
What You’ll Do
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Medication reminders and light housekeeping
• Transport client to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report any changes in condition
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Patient, attentive, and compassionate
• Comfortable traveling to the Decatur area
Requirements
• Caregiving experience (professional preferred)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
