Job Description - Laser Machine Operator (Fiber)
- Setup and Operation : Select lenses, load programs, and calculate machine specifications based on material thickness and type.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment.
- Material Handling : Cut materials and prepare products for shipment.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all OSHA and ISO standards and safety procedures.
- Collaboration : Assist other machine operators and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is beneficial.
- Experience : Prior experience with laser cutting machines and proficiency in working with various materials like steel, copper, and aluminum.
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand lift techniques, and knowledge of tool maintenance.
