This role provides advanced technical support in automation controls, PLCs, electrical systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic applications while working independently on complex service projects. The technician serves as a customer-facing representative of the company, supports training and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
