At The Evergreen Inn , an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Aides help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. Were looking for a compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys working with seniors and is flexible to work a variety of shifts.

What Youll Do

- Assist residents with medications according to their care plans and physician orders

- Accurately document medications and maintain resident records

- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff

- Assist residents with daily living needs while encouraging independence and dignity

- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents

What Were Looking For

- Meet Washington requirements for medication administration

- Availability across day, evening, and overnight shifts based on community needs

- Strong communication and basic computer skills

- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors

- Dependable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team

- Previous senior living or caregiving experience is a plus
