What Youll Do

- Bring the fun: Lead engaging activities, games, programs, and experiences residents look forward to.

- Encourage connection: Help residents get involved, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

- Celebrate together: Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.

- Get creative: Bring fresh ideas and energy to programs based on residents interests and abilities.

- Build relationships: Connect with residents, families, team members, and community partners.

- Hit the road: Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.

- Keep things organized: Help maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment.

What Youll Bring

- A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with older adults.

- Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus, but not required.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a passenger van.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
