About this role
The Electronics & Gadgets Creator Management team partners with creators who produce gadget/tech content and helps them grow their commercial impact on TikTok Shop. The team supports both top creators and long-tail creators by improving content quality, keeping creators aligned with platform priorities, and accelerating creator monetization through strong daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and grow relationships with leading TikTok Shop EL creators, KOLs, and celebrities in Thailand.
- Provide tailored support and coaching to top creators, including product assortment, content strategy, and performance recommendations aligned with platform objectives.
- Analyze creator performance against key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to improve GMV, content quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong, long-term creator relationships and recommend partnership models that generate value for both creators and the platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen content quality, facilitate brand partnerships, and accelerate creator monetization.
