About this role

Quantum Dice is developing a new class of computing platform designed to solve some of the world's most complex optimisation challenges and enable the next generation of AI. We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help deliver our ambitious marketing plan to bring this category-defining technology to market.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Quantum Dice’s social media channels, from content creation and scheduling to performance monitoring.

- Draft press releases, company announcements and support media outreach activities.

- Support the planning and execution of product launches and major company announcements.

- Create and distribute content across a range of channels, including newsletters, website content, blogs and marketing collateral.

- Create graphics and visual assets to support campaigns and external communications.

- Ensure all content is consistent with the Quantum Dice’s brand and messaging.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.

- Report on marketing activity and progress against key objectives to the wider team.

Requirements

- Degree-level education.

- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or related role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

- Interest in emerging technologies.

- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, social media management and email marketing tools.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

Nice to have

- Graphic design skills.

- Video creation and editing experience.

- Experience working in a startup or deep-tech environment.

Location: Hybrid with minimum 1 day per week in our Oxford office. UK-based candidates only.
