What You’ll Be Doing

As an Industrial Cleaner, you play a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning production and warehouse areas using industrial cleaning methods

- Sweeping, shoveling, and removing debris and foreign materials

- Blowing down designated plant areas using air equipment

- Cleaning elevated areas using scissor lifts and sky jacks

- Assisting with facility housekeeping and post-production cleanup

- Performing and documenting routine inspections

- Identifying maintenance concerns and reporting repairs

- Following all safety procedures and company standards

- Supporting additional cleaning and housekeeping duties as required

Qualifications

- Excellent attendance and punctuality

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

- Ability to follow instructions and work safely

- Ability to stand and be active for up to 12-hour shifts

- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Assets (Not Required)

- Industrial cleaning experience

- Elevated Work Platform experience

- Working at Heights certification

Training can be provided for the right candidate.
