Caring Hub Specialist

8am-5pm
Must work in office 1 day per week

We're looking for a caring, organized, and professional Caring Hub Specialist to connect families and job applicants with the support they need.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls.
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails.
- Schedule client consultations and interviews.
- Enter and update information accurately.
- Follow up with clients and applicants.
- Communicate with branch staff.
- Support reports and daily team goals.
What You Bring
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Caring, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Basic medical terminology is a plus.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Accurate typing and data entry.
- Professional, positive, and dependable.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm
Hours may vary.
Must be able to work in the office at least 1 day per week.
