Parts Associate / Auto Parts Counter Person — Legacy Kia of West Mifflin

Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is hiring a Parts Associate for our busy parts department. This is a full-time role with real upside — we have a management opportunity available for the right person, and we promote from within whenever we can.

What you'll do:

- Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing and purchasing the parts and supplies they need

- Answer incoming calls and fulfill orders for wholesale and retail customers

- Seek out and grow parts business, and help hit monthly sales and gross forecasts

- Use product knowledge and an understanding of vehicle components to take care of customers

- Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping

- Help maintain perpetual inventory

- Keep the parts counter, work area, and stockroom clean and professional

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an auto parts sales role

- CDK experience preferred

- Computer proficiency

- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on a high level of customer service

- Able to work evenings and Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

- Inventory control experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8- and 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday plus weekend rotation
