We are hiring five CDL-A driver teams for a dedicated convenience store account operating from Otsego, Minnesota. This terminal runs teams only and offers a dependable schedule, excellent earning potential, frequent home time, and comprehensive benefits beginning on your first day.
Schedule and routes:
- Three trips per week
- Approximately 24 hours per trip
- Home after every 24-hour trip
- Early-evening dispatch between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Overnight deliveries
- Local and regional routes
Compensation:
- Drivers earn approximately $88,000–$97,000 annually
- Top-performing drivers earn $100,000+
- Combination pay based on hourly work, miles, stops, and cases
Equipment and freight:
- Freightliner Cascadia trucks
- Trucks governed at 65 MPH
- Touch-freight position
- Team-driving operation

Requirements :
- One year or min 50,000.00 miles driving Tractor Trailer
- Valid Class A CDL
- Willing and able to operate as part of a driving team
- Comfortable with overnight deliveries
- Able to perform touch-freight deliveries
- Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work a consistent schedule
