About this role
We are seeking an Dealership Lube Technician to join our fast-paced automotive service team. You will perform high-quality, efficient preventative maintenance while identifying additional service needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform fluid services : Drain and refill engine oil, replace filters, and top off all critical automotive fluids.
- Conduct tire maintenance : Execute tire rotations, precision mounting, balancing, and pressure checks.
- Execute multi-point inspections : Inspect brake pads, lines, hoses, belts, and underbody components thoroughly.
- Document and communicate : Record all work on repair orders and report additional repair needs clearly to Service Advisors.
- Maintain shop safety : Keep work bays clean, organized, and compliant with dealership and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical skills : Proficient with basic automotive tools, fluid exchange machines, and tire equipment.
- Physical ability : Able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Credentials : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have dependable transportation.
- Mindset : Strong attention to detail, a positive team attitude, and a focus on safety.
