What Youll Need
Current LVN license in the state of Texas
CPR certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards
What Youll Do
As an LVN at The Center at Grande, you will:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and document patient status and treatments
Support residents physical and emotional well-being
