What You'll Do
As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep customers safe on the road while building the foundation for a successful automotive career by:
- Performing oil changes and routine maintenance services
- Conducting multi-point and basic safety inspections
- Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
- Inspecting and replenishing vehicle fluids as needed
- Checking and adjusting tire pressure
- Completing repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Following Ford and dealership quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous Express Technician experience preferred
- Automotive education or technical training is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
