Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing support within the skilled nursing setting.
- Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift.
- Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care.
- Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities.
Qualifications
- RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
- Ability to work the 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule.
- Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
- Ability to complete the responsibilities of an overnight skilled nursing RN.
