We are particularly interested in candidates who have exposure to AI-driven workflows and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.
- Support the end-to-end RFX process, including supplier mapping, scoping calls, and preparation of RFP/RFQ documents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify technical and commercial requirements.
- Assist in analyzing supplier proposals, including cost modeling, value assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven business cases and recommendations.
- Help prepare presentations for stakeholder reviews, spend analysis, and S2C milestone meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows through automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
- Support the digitization and standardization of indirect procurement processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance transparency, speed, and accuracy in procurement operations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement processes (e.g., sourcing, contracting, P2P) — previous internship experience is a plus.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in AI workflows, data analysis, automation tools (e.g., Excel macros, Power BI, Python, AI platforms) is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
