As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- SAP FSCM

Configure and support SAP FSCM modules:

- Credit Management

- Collections Management

- Dispute Management

- Cash Management

- Biller Direct (preferred)

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Support credit risk assessment and customer credit exposure management.

- Participate in FSCM enhancement and transformation projects.

SAP FICO

- Configure and support:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing

- COPA

- Perform business requirement analysis and functional design.

- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Integration & Support

- Work closely with SD, MM, Treasury, and other SAP teams for cross-functional integration.

- Analyze and resolve support tickets and production issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Project Implementation

- Participate in all phases of SAP project lifecycle:

- Requirement Gathering

- Fit-Gap Analysis

- Solution Design

- Configuration

- Unit Testing

- Integration Testing

- UAT Support

- Go-Live & Hypercare

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business users and finance teams.

- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.

- Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Mandatory Skill Sets :   SAP Finance & Controlling, S4 HANA,   Support/ E2E implementation

Highly   confident with   providing   to support users

Strong attention to detail and   a keen   to desire deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.

Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals

Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Preferred Skill sets:   Consulting Experience,   Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP   FICO   / S4HANA Sales certification) are a plus.

Years of Experience required :   5 -1 1   years of experience

Education qualification :   Master’s or bachelor’s   degree in engineering
