Job Description & Summary
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers during implementation projects.
- Assist with data migration, solution deployment, and post-go-live support.
