- Acquire and manage SMB national & local key accounts and chain merchants in Food/Restaurant, driving revenue, product adoption, and business growth
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with strategic SMB merchants, spotting scalable growth opportunities and delivering repeatable, high-impact solutions across accounts
- Design and execute incubation strategies to drive activation, adoption, multi-location scaling, and long-term merchant growth
- Drive platform adoption and marketing solutions, helping merchants leverage short videos, live streaming, and influencer marketing to boost transactions
- Oversee campaign and operational performance, providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with platform policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account success, share knowledge, and implement strategic initiatives across teams
- Proactively address merchant challenges to maintain satisfaction, retention, and ecosystem credibility
