The Business Development Associate drives CASETiFY Korea’s growth through a balanced focus on local strategic partnerships (50%) and wholesale/B2B account management (50%). This execution-driven role requires strong project coordination to transform commercial opportunities into successfully launched capsule collections and revenue-generating B2B programs.

Local Partnerships & Collaborations (50%)

- Partner Sourcing & Strategy: Identify and research Korean brands, artists, creators, and entertainment IPs that align with consumer trends and CASETiFY’s target demographic.

- Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of local capsule collections, coordinating product development, sampling, creative approvals, and production timelines.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Retail, Global) to execute launch strategies, track deliverables, and conduct post-launch analysis.

- Commercial & Licensing Support: Assist with proposal development, contract preparation, commercial documentation, and day-to-day partner communication.

Wholesale & B2B Business (50%)

- Account Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for telecom, corporate, and strategic retail partners, handling daily inquiries and relationship maintenance.

- Order & Supply Chain Fulfillment: Process purchase orders (POs), confirm pricing, coordinate inventory allocation, and track shipments, deliveries, and invoicing.

- Business Development Support: Assist in building commercial proposals, quotations, and execution plans for bulk purchases, corporate gifting, and seasonal retail programs.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor wholesale sales, track account balances, forecast demand, and generate regular business performance reports for leadership.

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Brand Collaboration, Wholesale, B2B Sales, or Project Management.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Korean consumer, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, and retail landscape.

- Commercial Acumen: Highly numerate and detail-oriented; comfortable managing POs, invoices, pricing structures, and sales reports.

- Communication Skills: Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (both written and verbal).

- Project Management: Proven ability to proactively manage multiple timelines, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (local and global) in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business productivity tools.
