About this role
The Salesforce Operations Analyst will serve as a critical link between the Partners, Sales leads, Program, and the Operations. The primary mission is to address partner and Sales team questions/issues coming from different support queues (Salesforce INH, Partner portal access, Influence, Deal Reg, etc.). This person will analyze business challenges per the functionality established in Salesforce and resolve them using standard governed rules. This role will not involve technical fixes or enhancements, but may involve completing UATs once the technical team finishes system fixes/enhancements. The primary role is that of a CRM support analyst improving operational efficiency and overall partner experience.
