Quality Assurance Engineer

As a member of a Scrum team, you will be responsible for ensuring the functional quality of the team’s deliverables.

In this role, you will:

- Contribute to the implementation of the quality assurance strategy
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and business use cases
- Design and execute test plans to validate new features and product enhancements
- Define a test automation strategy
- Perform manual testing and support the transition to automated testing across both backend and frontend components
- Maintain and update the test repository
- Document test results and track defect resolution in coordination with the technical team
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, contribute to reporting, and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote QA best practices

About You

- At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ideally within a software company
- Fluent English is required to collaborate effectively with our team based in China
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in a complex software solution
- Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to test design, execution, and maintenance
- Dynamic and proactive, with a strong interest in working in an Agile team and in both technical and functional aspects
- Experience in manual testing and the ability and willingness to transition towards automated testing
