Head of Technology Department Digital Hub

Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow software engineering teams across the Digital Hub.
- Drive technology delivery in partnership with Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters.
- Manage priorities, capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead organizational, process, and technology changes.
- Manage external technology vendors and engineering partners.
- Contribute to engineering strategy and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in software engineering or technology delivery organizations.
- Experience building, developing, and managing engineering teams.
- Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align technology delivery with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of software engineering organizations, technology delivery, and modern development practices.
- Experience operating effectively in complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Fluent English (projects and collaboration on Baltic level) and good local language skills.

Salary: From 5000 till 7000 €/mon. gross The final offer will depend on candidate‘s knowledge and experience experience.
