About this role
To lead and drive the Talent Acquisition function for Adani GCC by developing and executing strategic hiring plans, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, recruitment governance, employer branding initiatives, and leading a high-performing TA team.
