Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic HR projects across the Baltic region.
- Drive employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external employer branding activities.
- Design and deliver employee well-being and leadership development programs.
- Support performance management and succession planning processes.
- Prepare HR analytics, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Baltic and ERGO Group colleagues to share best practices and implement people initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or a related field.
- Experience leading and implementing HR or organizational development projects.
- Hands-on experience in at least some of the following areas: employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employer branding, well-being, talent management, or DEI.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills.

Salary: 2900-3300 €/mon. gross
