Sourcing Specialist — Remote, Commission-Based

Career Land Center (CLC) is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to help us find qualified candidates for international placements across hospitality, fitness, beauty, healthcare, and other industries. This is a flexible, fully remote role — you can work from anywhere and set your own hours. What matters is results.

What you'll do

- Identify and reach out to candidates who fit open roles across our active industries

- Make initial contact, introduce the opportunity, and gather key details: country availability, salary expectations, and genuine relocation interest

- Pass qualified, interested candidates on to our recruiting team for verification and next steps

- Keep candidate information organized and up to date in our system

Who we're looking for

- Experience sourcing or recruiting candidates internationally, ideally with reach into multiple countries and communities

- Strong communication skills — comfortable initiating contact and building trust quickly with candidates from different backgrounds

- Self-directed and reliable — this is a results-based role with flexible hours, so you manage your own schedule and pipeline

- Familiarity with hospitality, fitness, beauty, or healthcare recruitment is a plus but not required — we're open to strong sourcers from any relevant background

Compensation
This is a commission-only role. You earn a flat fee for every candidate you source who goes on to be successfully placed. No cap on how many candidates you can bring in — the more qualified candidates you place, the more you earn.
