Advantage Auto Group, is looking for a part-time Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound follow-up calls to service customers to gather feedback on services performed on vehicle.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Service Manager when needed
- Track and report response data and customer satisfaction trends
- Support the service team in maintaining strong customer relationships post-visit
What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and call volume targets
- Automotive service or customer service background preferred, not required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
