Automotive Service Advisor

Job Description:

We're a busy, no-nonsense service department looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Doesn't matter what brand you worked with — GM, Ford, Toyota, import, domestic — if you've done the job, we want to talk to you.

What you need:

- Real experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer at a dealership or repair shop

- A solid CSI history — you know how to keep customers happy

- Good communication skills and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced drive lane

- Comfortable writing ROs and recommending maintenance/repair work

- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
