Job Description:

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Facilities Engineer r eporting to the Facilities Manager in Midland, Texas. This position is responsible for providing engineering support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities engineering design and project management, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams. The Facilities Engineer must be willing to travel to our operational areas, including Big Lake, Pecos, Eunice, and Carlsbad.

General Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and manage the installation of well-site facilities, pipelines, electrical distribution systems, and other projects within budgeted cost and schedule constraints.

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary asset team to ensure planned projects align with strategic objectives.

- Work with operations to troubleshoot on-site oil and gas production facility equipment, provide recommendations, and implement design changes in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage additional facilities initiatives, such as evaluating new technology, cost reduction, industry benchmarking, or strategic business development opportunities.

- Conduct frequent field visits and closely manage construction projects from inception through completion.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

- Demonstrate leadership in EH&S programs by following safe work practices, adhering to best practices and guidelines, and strictly complying with all applicable Federal, State, County, and local laws and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years of specific experience in oil and gas operations, including gathering, liquids handling, production battery operations, oil and gas separation equipment, and field operations

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or an equivalent field of study

- Specific experience in facilities design and project management

- Must maintain a clean driving record

- Applicants should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced development environment and diverse team setting with minimal supervisio

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with compression and oil & gas conditioning facilities

- Strong understanding of ProMax

- Experience creating and submitting Federal Site Security Diagrams
