We’re looking for a Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients to join our Tax and Legal Line of Service (Private Clients team). In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. Your Mission

As our new   Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients , you will:

- Personal Tax Advisory & Compliance:   Advise on Maltese and international tax matters, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

- Succession & Estate Planning:   Structure inheritance and succession plans, working closely with legal and tax experts.

- Immigration & Relocation Support:   Manage and administer immigration applications, coordinate with government departments, and advise on residency and relocation.

- Wealth Management & Structuring:   Support clients in structuring assets and investments for   optimal   tax efficiency and regulatory compliance.

- Client Relationship Management:   Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and a high-touch client experience during visits and ongoing interactions

This role   provides   meaningful opportunities for learning, collaboration, and innovation, with exposure to diverse clients and complex assignments within a fast‑evolving landscape.

About You

We’re   looking for someone who:

- Holds a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in accounting, tax, or   a related   field.

- Communicates clearly and confidently in English. Knowledge of   additional   languages, such as Maltese, Mandarin, or Russian, is an asset.

- Demonstrates strong   organisational   and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Approaches challenges with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

- Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Builds and   maintains   strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Brings prior experience in a client-facing role within a service‑provider environment ( considered   an asset).

- Is adaptable, curious, and eager to continue developing professionally.
