- You’ve shipped a side project, automation, or dashboard yourself.
Your responsibilities
- Test new product releases and help document bugs or unexpected behavior.
- Monitor product metrics and help identify issues early.
- Coordinate with developers and campaign managers to help keep projects on track.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller features or workflows as you grow into the role.
What you will NOT do
- Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight and we optimize for speed.
- Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritized next.
- Wait around for instructions all day. We value people who are proactive and curious.
