About this role
Role & Impact
As our Growth Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll work beside our Strategy & Operations Manager and partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams. It's a broad remit by design: RevOps, GTM experiments, and supporting the team with AI tooling across the stack. This is an entry-level role (0–2 years out of uni) and one of the fastest ways to learn the craft Growth, RevOps and Operations from the inside!
What You'll Do
- Run growth programs end-to-end: outbound automations, referrals, direct mail, pricing experiments. You own the program from targeting to iteration.
- Test AI-native GTM experiments from idea to live in days, not weeks. Test fast, learn fast, double down on what works.
- Build and ship the target account and contact lists our SDRs prospect into, and keep tuning until they convert.
- Manage and improve the RevOps processes that keep revenue moving including reporting, CRM hygiene and billing.
- Help roll out AI across the GTM org. Spot the manual workflows that shouldn't exist and build the things that replace them.
- Move where needed. Special projects hit this team constantly, and you'll get exposure across the entire GTM stack.
What You'll Bring
- Sharp on both people and numbers. You can navigate high level strategy, be comfortable in spreadsheets, and be able to write copy a prospect that would actually open in the same hour.
- You're building with AI. Real workflows, automations, agents or internal tools, not just ChatGPT prompts.
- High agency. You see something broken and fix it. A vague brief energises you, and you'd rather ship a scrappy v1 today than a perfect v3 next month.
- 0–2 years out of university, and you operate above your tenure because you turn every task into a system or an automation the next time around.
- GTM-curious. You want a career in GTM, strategy or sales, or one day as a founder yourself, and you see this role as your way in.
- Comfortable in the weeds. No task is beneath you. You'll do it once, then figure out how to never do it manually again.
- Bonus points if you resonate with any of these: Hands-on with HubSpot, Claude Code, Clay; strong with spreadsheets; a public portfolio of AI builds; a background as a founder's associate, consulting/banking analyst, or CS/engineering grad chasing commercial exposure.
